In our ongoing commitment to guest safety and service excellence, The Wina Resorts proudly hosted a comprehensive CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training session for all staff on July 16–17, 2025, at the serene Awila Villas Kuta. This vital training was conducted in collaboration with Hydro Medical Clinic, a trusted health provider in Bali renowned for its emergency response expertise.
As part of our core values in hospitality, we believe that being prepared for any situation is just as important as delivering a memorable guest experience. This training initiative ensures that our team members are equipped with essential life-saving skills, enabling them to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations—whether in the resort, the villa, or anywhere on our premises.
During the two-day session, staff members were guided by certified medical professionals through practical, hands-on techniques in CPR and basic life support. The training also covered emergency assessment, airway management, and the proper use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), all tailored for real-life scenarios in the hospitality setting.
By investing in health and safety training, The Wina Resorts reinforces our dedication to not only providing exceptional service but also ensuring the well-being of every guest and colleague. Our collaboration with Hydro Medical Clinic underscores a shared mission—to elevate standards of care within Bali’s tourism industry.
This initiative is one of many steps we are taking to align with global best practices in hospitality safety, and to reassure our guests that their comfort and security are always our top priority.
Because at The Wina Resorts, safety is part of the experience.
