EXCELLENT7.0Verified Our favourite part of staying at Wina Canggu was the welcoming friendliness and helpfulness of Eka. She made us have a b ☺ Mainly the staff and the cleanliness and the lovely villas themselves. The pathway to the villas and the gorgeous entrance doors. ☹ It was very expensive but that is maybe due to Christmas time. The kitchen area has a leaking roof over the dining table. The air conditioner leaked water and drenched our clothes. The staff got them laundered for us.7.0Verified The place is its faults but we still enjoyed it overall. ☺ Great layout. Rooftop and the pool were awesome. Location was good with everything you need nearby. Away from the main road so not very noisy but you could hear music in the distance from the beach clubs all night. Breakfast was good. ☹ The main living room kitchen area had a very bad mouldy, musty smell. The AC unit was really loud. I’ve never heard one like it. Sounded like a storm was blowing in the room. Signs of mould around the bedroom and main room. I’m guessing it had been a lot worse and they tried to maybe clean it all up but it was still visible. Not much water pressure in the down stairs shower or bath. Covered outdoor bathrooms are beautiful but full of mosquitos ( maybe net an issue outside of wet season). They wanted $50 per night to put a fold out bed for our 3 year old in the room with us. Pillows on the bed were pretty fat and uncomfortable. The bed over the pool was dirty and not really useable. The bed on the roof was covered in bird poop.6.0Verified Pleasant ☺ The staff is very helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable to stay in. ☹ It rained a lot so everything was full of water. Les travaux à côté on les entends bien quand on est situé à côté.
